Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
- You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the new item you would like. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

- We offer next working day delivery if an order is placed before midday.
- Pre-9am and midday deliveries are available (surcharges apply).
- Saturday deliveries are available (surcharges apply).
- Hiab and tail lift vehicles are available (surcharges may apply).
- We can also deliver to Ireland and overseas – please call or email for a quotation.
