For maximum durability, all frames are hot‑dipped galvanised, creating a thick, fully bonded zinc coating that protects against rust, corrosion, weather exposure and daily operational wear. With a wide choice of material thicknesses and sizes, you can select the ideal level of strength — from lighter builds for young trees to heavy‑duty frames for mature stock and specialist applications.

We offer two foot‑design options to suit different installation methods:

• Fixed Feet: Fully welded during manufacture and hot‑dipped galvanised as a complete unit, providing maximum rigidity and a seamless, corrosion‑resistant finish.

• Pre‑Drilled Feet: Supplied ready for quick on‑site assembly using TEK screws, ideal for modular builds, phased installations or clients who prefer to fit frames directly in the field.
